The Suzuki Kizashi will now be available in Canada with a six-speed manual! Huzzah!
When Suzuki first introduced its mid-size offering in Canada, they made the grievous error of making the CVT automatic the only choice. As a result, die ahrd manual transmission fans like my self pretty much had to painfully strike the Kizashi off our cool car lists.
But now Suzuki has seen the light. For the 2011 model year, Suzuki has learned its lesson and will now offer the Kizashi with a manual transmission. The stick shift model will be called the Kizashi Sport with five extra horses, a more aggressive exterior design and leather as standard. The Kizashi Sport should sneak just under the $30,000 price range.
Well done to you Suzuki for offering a manual in the Kizashi.I wonder if the Save the Manuals campaign had anything to do with it?[Canadian Driver]
